Bordered by a freeway off ramp and two state highways the Eagles Landing site is located in Elma Washington. 11,000 cubic yards of native, moisture sensitive, structural fill was generated and carefully placed onsite. An additional 23,000 cubic yards of imported structural fill was required to bring the site up to the desired finish elevation. Complete with a city standard access road, sidewalks, water, storm, and sanitary sewer systems the 10 acre site is currently leasing to tenants.
