Some of the most complex sites are the small ones. Tree removal, aggregate stock piling, material staging, and existing utilities contributed to this busy site. Half of the parcel was encumbered with new underground storage tanks and infiltration galleries. The other half of the parcel was the building itself. Through careful task management one completed activity allowed room for the next. In the end reclaimed water and rain water were used and reused for car washing at the facility.
