An ever expanding cemetery required a new gathering center while remaining open for daytime activities. An emphasis was placed on schedule however noise and disruption would need to be planned well in advance. Scheduling around cemetery operations, and at times working at night, OSG was able to meet the project owner’s needs. A new city road frontage was constructed the length of the parcel. Sanitary sewer was extended up the roadway and onto the site. Sandy soils allowed the use of an onsite storm water infiltration gallery and a city fire main was looped around the facility. Native material required the import of fractured aggregate to support both the new access road, parking lot, and buildings.
