Olympia Federal involved a complete site package for a new, Leed Certified bank. Demolition, recycling of site materials, onsite asphalt/concrete crushing, grading, compaction, underground drainage galleries, underground storm/sewer/water mains, footing excavation, and parking lot sub-grading were all required on this busy site.
