An existing botting facility is a busy place. The Pepsi project required carefully scheduled windows of work to not conflict with ongoing bottling operations. Frontage work was performed during non-delivery times of day and utility connections were planned around plant shut downs. Handling of moist clay soils in the parking lot was done swiftly during permitting weather windows. By accurately scheduling work windows with the plant manager and general contractor the project was completed timely with no disruption to ongoing manufacturing.
