Red Leaf Townhomes sits on a compact site with 5 individual three story townhome buildings. The site featured a pervious asphalt section and underground infiltration allowing storm water to infiltrate into the soils below. City water and septic were provided to the individual units. By working closely with the project developer OSG was able to minimize development costs and complete the project timely.
